Bill Kinneary helped found Powervine with 20 years of experience as CEO, President, and Senior Vice President of four retail energy companies. Bill has extensive experience in building and operating successful retail energy companies and a high level of technical expertise in all retail energy company business processes.
He is well known in the industry due to his multiple chairmanships of the National Energy Marketers Association executive committee and his current position as a board member in that organization. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn (currently NYU Engineering).
Bill is also an avid reader, bicycle rider and piano player.
Joseph Waldman brings 17 years of successful executive experience in the retail energy sector having worked with more than 65 utility companies across 15 U.S. states and Canada. Joseph has a distinguished track record of helping energy companies increase sales, streamline operations, improve policies and procedures, and transform faltering departments into productive and profitable units. He holds a BS in Business, Management, and Finance from CUNY-Brooklyn College.
Joe is an avid world traveler and a lifelong Grateful Dead fan, having seen the band more than 100 times and even naming his dog Augie in honor of one of their songs.
Stacy Havlicek brings over 20 years of experience as an energy industry executive and certified Energy Risk Professional. She has a long track record of successfully helping energy companies identify and implement strategies for managing financial risk, develop assets to improve ROI, and navigate increasingly complex regulatory and compliance landscapes. She holds a BA in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Emory University, Goizueta Business School.
When not watching Star Wars, you’ll likely find Stacy doing yoga, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with her three nieces. She has also visited almost all of the seven wonders of the world.
Marc Davis has a long history of success in almost every area of marketing. His areas of expertise include direct marketing and mail, digital marketing, behavioral science, customer acquisition and retention, and telemarketing.
Marc got his start in marketing when he created a profitable direct mail publishing business to help pay for college. He has since gone on to hold senior marketing roles in the telecommunications, consumer finance, and energy fields. He holds a BS in Marketing Management from the University of Delaware, Lerner College of Business and Economics.
A native Texan and Houston Texans fan, Marc also loves to travel, snorkel, and spend time with his dog “formerly known as Prince.”
Ann Marie has worked or consulted for several retail energy suppliers over the past decade. During this time, she advocated for the interests of suppliers through participation in trade organizations, docket proceedings, and supplier working groups. This thorough understanding of the big-picture industry concerns have served her well in overseeing the operations function with an eye toward process efficiency and data integrity.
Before entering the energy industry, Ann Marie received her Master’s Degree in theology from Yale Divinity School and her bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from Baruch College. She is currently pursuing her Executive MBA from the Yale School of Management.
